Mitzi Kirsch basically has grown up in real estate. Her mother, Peggy Blackwell is Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Company Realty, Inc. and has sold real estate for thirty years. Mitzi’s real estate career began working in a real estate office as a teenager and she has worked with her Mom in many facets of the business over the years. She has been selling residential, land, and commercial real estate for over twenty (20) years.

Graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate, Mitzi is also a graduate of USC-Spartanburg with a BS in Management. She also firmly believes in continuing education in real estate as she has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designations. She recently attended The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville S.C. where she received her Brokers license. Widely recognized within the CENTURY 21 System, Mitzi has been awarded the prestigious Grand Centurion and Centurion Awards and has been awarded the Top Agent Award within the C21 Carolinas Region for several years. Also, Mitzi and her team were recognized as a Double Centurion Team for the last eight (8) years.

Mitzi is the proud mother of two sons; Blake (10 years) and Brice (9 years) and you do not have to be around her very long to ascertain that they are her life. She has been married to her husband of 17 years, Skip, who is also a top selling Realtor with the CENTURY 21 System. She and her family attend Boiling Springs First Baptist where Mitzi is involved in teaching pre-school. She also serves on the board of Interim Healthcare Hospice (Home of Grace).

An only child to Coy and Peggy Blackwell, Mitzi will not hesitate to tell you that real estate chose her—she sold real estate while in college and just clicked—and here we are twenty years and thousands of home sales later. Strongly self-motivated, she is determined to achieve the best that she can at whatever she does. With an inner passion to make a great start for her children in real estate—not so ironically, Blake and Brice already think they sell real estate. All this combined with a deep love for real estate that is at its pinnacle seeing people smile as they reach across a closing table for the keys to their new home sincerely makes Mitzi the happiest.
